Assignment:
- Open the “C.R.A.P. Principles” InDesign document we created on Friday.
- Today we will focus on the principle of Alignment (lining objects up along a horizontal or vertical visual line). Create a new text box and write at least one complete sentence in your own words about what Alignment means, then use images (or text) to demonstrate what Alignment looks like.
- Leave room on your page for the remaining two principles! We’ll be doing the others on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week!
- Remember the Principles of Design (C.R.A.P.): Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity, and let them guide all your decisions as you build this page! Remember to create a strong focal point, and a strong eyeflow using the principles!
- Save this assignment as “Your Name – CRAP Principles”. We will continue to work with this document next week.
- We will hand in this assignment to the Assignment Post titled “Check for Understanding – Principles of C.R.A.P.” in your Google Classroom page on Thursday of next week.
